After writing, it is important that users utilize the error check function to sieve out errors in their writing and apply corrections where necessary.

While in Focus Mode, users can access the check function from the main menu on the left. In this section, the user can check various components of their write-up.

By clicking on the main menu, navigating to the check section, the user can check their writing by selecting the “Check My Writing” button as illustrated below. This same process is applicable to other components of the write-up.

To use one of the match functions, such as the “Match Reference Citation” function, from the same main menu, the user selects the corresponding match function as illustrated below. This same process applies to other write-up components that should be matched.

All of these functions can be used in Focus Mode by the user. The user can choose to exit Focus Mode once they are done using these tools.
