Academic Writer is designed to operate in MacOS and Windows PC environments and on Android and iOS devices, provided you're using a supported browser.

For MacOS and iOS users, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are supported.
For PC and Android users, Chrome and Firefox are supported.

In order to clear cache and cookies, you will need to follow the instructions below:

Chrome:

Chrome Settings > Advanced settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies > See all cookies and site data.

Here you can search for the domain and remove its Cookies & site data by clicking on the Bin icon.

Safari:

Select the gear icon to open Safari's menu, then select Preferences > Select the Privacy tab, then select Details > Choose the site that placed the cookies in your browser > Select Remove > Select Done when you've deleted all the cookies from Safari.

Firefox:

In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.

Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear

Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.

Click Clear.

Once you complete these steps, the browser will clear the cache and cookies for the website. Keep in mind that clearing your cache and cookies may cause some issues with the site, such as requiring you to log in again or forgetting your preferences.
